I had a really nice stay at the hotel. The Queen + Bunk Bed Room was quite spacious and comfortable, although I was disappointed that there was no bedside lamp on one side of the bed, and the walk-in shower wasn't as advertised. The service team was absolutely fantastic; they made our wedding anniversary special and were always prompt in fulfilling any requests. The location couldn't be better with vibrant activity all around and easy access to the Blue Line metro for getting around. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the minor details in the room and dining could use some improvement.
